Tanks have undergone Hydrostatic Water Jacket Retest and are ready for service. The DOT requires Carbon Fiber, Aluminum & Steel tanks to be retested every 5 years. This unit will come with a copy of the certification that matches serial number and plate on tank for your records.
Be aware when buying "NEW" items on eBay without checking cylinder manufacture dates.

Hello.  This listing is for a Complete MSA AIRHAWK II System with Escape Cylinder, Harness, Valve Assembly & Advantage 4000 Mask - SZ Medium.  30-Minute CARBON FIBER Tank. HARDCASE NOT INCLUDED.
These are NOS, purchased from a major industrial supplier who was liquidating excess inventory.
MSA AirHawk® II Supplied-Air Respirator includes Ultra Elite® medium Hycar™ rubber facepiece with rubber head harness, 30 min aluminum cylinder and nylon harness with chest strap in a hard carry case. Respirator is designed to maintain a positive air pressure inside the facepiece during inhalation and exhalation. Facepiece featuring molded polycarbonate lens has a mechanical speaking diaphragm for short-range communications. Facepiece with 5 adjustable rubber straps for exceptional head comfort and security has a one-way check valve to avoid exhaled air from entering the mask-mounted regulator. Air mask is lightweight, durable and economical for many industrial IDLH applications. Cylinder operates at a pressure range of 2216 - 4500 psig while shoulder straps have easy-to-release friction buckles to positively retain pull straps.
