I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WORKS OR NOT. IT WAS PULLED FROM A WORKING ENVIRONMENT THAT WAS INDOORS. IT IS CLEAN AND I REALLY SEE NO RUST. I PLUGGED IT INTO A 110 BUT NOTHING HAPPENED???
